LWE Commercial Property Advisers was founded by Andrew Allen, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with RICS in 1993. After many years working at senior level within major businesses across the UK and Europe, he established the practice that has since grown into the team it is today, advising the likes of Tesco, Morrisons, Barnardos and Specsavers on business growth, and acting as Leasing and Development Director for an investment and development company.
Today the team advises businesses taking on new property, acquiring businesses with commercial property content, and businesses reviewing their property portfolio.
