About The Company
LWE Commercial Property Advisers was formed in early 2003 by Andrew Allen BSc MRICS after leaving Georgica Cue Sports as Property Director to pursue his own interests.
Andrew continues as the principle Director and has over 15 years property sector experience throughout the UK and Europe having formerly held the positions as International Development Executive Fitness First, Director of Property Vision Express, Group Acquisition Surveyor Wilkinson Hardware Stores. The practice now advises clients independently on new store acquisitions, property management and investment, valuation and business development.
Based in Doncaster South Yorkshire the business now has world class retained clients and maintains a strong network of agency, Landlord and operator contacts Nationwide. LWE Commercial now has three departments, Agency & Investment, Property Management and Valuations.
Doncaster is experiencing exponentially high growth and investment levels with significant funding opportunities available for both operators and owners alike. Such opportunity allows LWE Commercial to be well placed to utilise it’s National contact base yet maintain local knowledge and awareness.
LWE Commercial is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, has good contacts with the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council Inward Investment Team and works closely with other funding bodies.
